Our Technology

Pulsed Radio Frequency (PRF) technology accelerates surgical recovery by invigorating the body's natural regenerative processes to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation. It is noninvasive and non-pharmacologic, with no potential for overdose or dependency.

Clinical Trial Studies

Amp Orthopedics is conducting a clinical trial to investigate the use of their proprietary PRF technology to treat knee arthritis. This study is conducted online, from the privacy of your own home. You may receive up to $200 for participating in the trial. See how you can participate »

Accelerated Surgical Recovery

In placebo controlled surgical trials, adjunctive use of PRF technology was shown to reduce postoperative discomfort and pain while reducing the need for narcotic pain medications. Risks, side effects, and complications associated with narcotic use can prolong hospital stays and recovery from surgery.

About Amp Orthopedics

Amp Orthopedics develops innovative, noninvasive products for the treatment of postoperative pain and edema. These products use a non-thermal pulsed radio frequency (PRF) technology to enhance the body's natural healing pathways and accelerate surgical recovery. Amp Orthopedics is currently conducting clinical trials to expand it's orthopedic product offerings and is committed to investigating new ways to improve clinical outcomes. How PRF Technology Works

The proprietary technology under development at Amp Orthopedics utilizes a non-thermal pulsed radio frequency (PRF) signal. PRF induces a noninvasive pulsed magnetic field to accelerate the biochemical cascades involved in tissue repair and regeneration. Pulsed magnetic field therapy has successfully been utilized for treatment of delayed-union fractures, chronic wounds, and postoperative pain and edema, as well as for the management of knee OA symptoms.
